I looked up the manufacturer site, Nowcos Co., for your C. Asiatica ointment to determine what type of extract they perform (TECA, TTFCA, TTF, CATTF, ETCA, etc) and to double check for the purity of their constituents. I also wanted to double check the percentage of each triterpene in their extract of asiaticoside, madecassoside, asiatic acid, and madecassic acid--since as I'm sure your chemists and dermatologists know that each triterpene compound has been lab/clinically tested to have different effects on the skin. So the type of extract and consequently the main compounds in their extract will make a difference in the efficacy of what skin problem you're trying to treat, which on your website is for ulcer treatment. When I was looking up Nowcos, I came across a warning letter sent to them from the FDA this year that they were in violation of purity standards and a slew of other issues. The link to the letter is pasted below. I bought three C Asiatica ointments from your website and i've been using it on my face and now I'm concerned about what I'm putting on my face. Can you please verify that this problem with the manufacturer has been resolved and if the formulations you received from them were after the problem was resolved? Can you also produce/verify their purity tests on this product, what extract they performed, and what the percentage of the constituents are?
